When you request a quote we collect your name, email, organization, phone and the systems you configured. We use it only to prepare your quote, fulfil your order and support your system. We do not sell your data.

If you use the chat assistant, your messages are processed by our AI model provider to generate replies, and we keep chat transcripts for up to 90 days to review answer quality. Don’t share sensitive information in chat.

We measure how the site is used (pages viewed, steps in the quote process, page speed and errors) without cookies and without storing IP addresses. These records are kept for up to 90 days.

Your quote list is stored in your own browser until you submit it. To access or delete your data, email sales@innfuse.ai.
